Paul Reiffel and Richard Illingworth have been selected as on-field umpires for the exceptionally expected India-Pakistan conflict in the 2025 Champions Trophy, the Worldwide Cricket Board (ICC) informed on Monday. For the India-Pakistan game to be hung on February 23 at the Dubai Worldwide Arena, Michael Gough will be television umpire, while Adrian Holdstock is the fourth umpire and David Help will accept charge as the Match Ref. While declaring the authorities for every one of the 12 association rounds of the Heroes Prize, the ICC uncovered that Richard Kettleborough and Sharfuddoula Ibne Shahid will remain as on-field umpires in the initial match of the 2025 Bosses Prize to be played among Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi on February 19. Joel Wilson will be the television umpire and Alex Wharf the fourth umpire, while Andrew Pycroft will be the match official as the competition denotes its return interestingly starting around 2017, when Pakistan brought home the championship in England. The fourteen day contest will see the main eight groups highlight in 15 matches across 19 days in Pakistan and the UAE. Bunch A highlights Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and New Zealand, while Gathering B incorporates Afghanistan, Britain, Australia, and South Africa. The competition is likewise the primary worldwide cricket contest Pakistan has facilitated since the Men's ODI World Cup in 1996. India and Australia are the two best sides in the Bosses Prize, having won it two times.
