Sanjiv Goenka views KL Rahul as family yet wouldn't uncover whether the India wicketkeeper hitter will be held for the following three seasons. "All things considered, I treat him as a feature of my loved ones. He knows that as well," Goenka told Cricbuzz on Wednesday in a selective connection. Rahul captained his Lucknow Super Monsters for a long time yet their condition has been a subject of enormous discussion since their public conversation after a game against Sunrisers Hyderabad last season when LSG were destroyed by 10 wickets. "He (Rahul) has been there starting from the commencement of Lucknow Super Gants. He's driven us for quite a long time. I have gone on record previously and I have no delay in saying this again that he needed to win. KL is a significant piece of the Super Goliaths family. All things considered, I don't have the foggiest idea. It's not something I will examine now. That must be secret. There are three months to settle on this." There has been extreme hypothesis whether Rahul would be gone on as skipper. "What is your perspective," Goenka jested in a fast riposte declining an immediate answer. With Zaheer Khan close by, Goenka framed what are the assumptions from the new tutor. "We are hoping to get into a triumphant propensity, practicing winning all the time. For Zaheer, directly through his playing vocation and afterward in his non-playing profession, winning has been a lifestyle for him. That is the very thing that we need and that is the very thing we desire to get. So when I understood he's no longer with Mumbai Indians, I moved toward him. That's all there was to it." Zaheer has replaced Gautam Gambhir, who was the group's tutor in the initial two seasons, when LSG made the end of the season games. However, they neglected to make the last-four phase in the third season. Goenka credited the unfortunate outcome to the shortfall of a tutor. "We as a whole gain from the missteps. I believe it's not just about essential direction and exhortation (from a coach) yet additionally inputs. It's tied in with causing players to feel great in their skin. They go out and articulate their thoughts, and do as such with opportunity and lucidity. I believe that is where we felt that we missed something last year. "We lost that game to Hyderabad seriously, then, at that point, we lost to Delhi in a game which we might have won. In the game against Gujarat, we ought to have won with a superior edge. We took it to the twentieth over. Those are the circumstances for which we have no other individual to fault except for ourselves. Be that as it may, we are here to move along. What's more, we perceive that in sport you don't win consistently. You can't win consistently and you can't dominate each match. Yet, as long as that disposition of winning is there and that mentality to improve from your misfortunes and errors is there, I'm fulfilled." Goenka bought the establishment for INR 7090 crore in 2022, making LSG the costliest group in the IPL. He regrets absolutely nothing for such a weighty venture. "I'm extremely cheerful, I'm really glad and I'm invigorated. I see the valuations going up. We want to work on our exhibition."
