Patriots, Tallawahs to kickstart CPL 2022

Reigning champs St Kitts and Nevis Patriots will have the Jamaica Tallawahs in the initial round of the men's version of the 2022 Caribbean Premier League on August 31. The game will trail closely behind the debut round of the ladies' competition between Trinbago Knight Riders and Barbados Royals. The competition will be played in a voyaging band design with the main leg of games planned at St. Kitts before the competition moves to Saint Lucia, Trinidad and finishing in Guyana, which will have the Playoffs as well as the last on September 30. The ladies' CPL will highlight three groups - Trinbago Knight Riders, Barbados Royals and Guyana Amazon Warriors - who'll confront each other once before the last on September 4.
