Uncapped wicketkeeper-hitter Joylord Gumbie has been named in Zimbabwe's 15-man crew for the impending ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier. Likewise in the crew is Luke Jongwe, yet Brandon Mavuta passes up a great opportunity. Gumbie, 27, comes into the crew in a rich vein of structure, having scored 100 years as an opener for Zimbabwe Select against Pakistan Shaheens a little more than seven days prior.
