Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have marked Andrew Tye as a swap for Mark Wood, who was controlled out of the Indian Premier League 2022 with an elbow injury. Wood got the injury during England's first Test against West Indies prior in the month. Tye has played 32 T20Is for Australia and returned 47 wickets. He has played 27 IPL games for 40 wickets. LSG had allegedly moved toward BCB to sign Taskin Ahmed for the season. Be that as it may, he was denied a NOC by the board given Bangladesh's furious timetable. He has been roped in by LSG at the cost of INR 1 Crore, a delivery expressed. Debutants LSG will start their mission on March 28 against Gujarat Titans.
