Delhi Capitals set to be without Mitchell Marsh for remainder of IPL 2024

Delhi Capitals allrounder Mitchell Marsh will not return to India for the remainder of IPL 2024 as he continues to recover from a right hamstring niggle, head coach Ricky Ponting said in New Delhi on Monday. Swamp flew back to Perth on April 12 to counsel CA's clinical staff and a choice on his re-visitation of the IPL was postponed at an opportunity to give him satisfactory opportunity to recuperate prior to being reconsidered. "I don't think he'll be returning," Ponting said. "There's a sure limit with substitution players. Cricket Australia were quick to have him at home to begin his recuperation cycle and we sent him back in a hurry. "They've been dealing with his recovery for a long time at this point.
