Previous West Indies player Shivnarine Chanderpaul has been named lead trainer of the Jamaica Tallawahs for the 2022 release of the Caribbean Premier League. Chanderpaul will take over from Floyd Reifer, who plays left the part subsequent to being named the lead trainer of the West Indies Under-19 side. Also, the establishment has named Sir Curtly Ambrose as the bowling trainer. Chanderpaul, who addressed West Indies in 164 Tests, 264 ODIs and 22 T20Is, scored in excess of 20,000 global runs. "Shivnarine has had a renowned playing profession and is one of the greats of the game. He has served West Indies cricket with unique excellence, and I realize he will take the Tallawahs higher than ever," said proprietor of the establishment Krishna Persaud. "Sir Curtley gets a ton of specialized skill and experience to the Tallawahs and we anticipate having him in the group." Ambrose has worked with the West Indies side as the bowling trainer during the 2016 T20 World Cup in India. West Indies proceeded to win the title by beating England in a quavering experience in Kolkata. Somewhat recently, Ambrose has been working with the youthful bowlers of the Under-19 side. Andre Coley, who has worked with the establishment somewhere in the range of 2010 and 2013, will fill in as the associate mentor.
