Beth Mooney named captain of WPL side Gujarat Giants

Australia hitter Beth Mooney has been named commander of Gujarat Monsters for the debut Ladies' Chief Association (WPL). Mooney, who scored a game dominating 74 not out in Australia's 6th Ladies' T20 World Cup win, will rejoin with previous colleague Rachael Haynes, Goliaths' lead trainer. India allrounder Sneh Rana has been named the bad habit skipper.
