Bangladesh's seamers skittled New Zealand for 98 in a thumping nine-wicket win in the third ODI in Napier to help the visitors avoid a series whitewash. This was New Zealand's lowest total against Bangladesh. New Zealand lead trainer Gary Stead had cautioned about Bangladesh's superior speed assault in away circumstances, and the guests showed their value on Saturday as Bangladesh delivered their most memorable ODI triumph against New Zealand in their own lawn. Just four New Zealand hitters arrived at twofold figures as Shoriful Islam, Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Soumya Sarkar picked three wickets each. Tanzim kicked the party off for Bangladesh, settling Rachin Ravindra to have him scratch behind in the fourth finished. He then got the better of Henry Nicholls in the eighth with a short ball. Will Youthful, who completed as the top-scorer in the series, then, at that point, gave some opposition along Tom Latham, as the two added 36 runs for the third wicket. Yet, Shoriful bowled Latham through the entryway with a pinch supporter to ignite a slide which saw New Zealand lose four wickets in about five overs and 12 runs. Shoriful had Youthful edging one to crevasse prior to castling Imprint Chapman with another great conveyance. Tanzim then had Tom Blundell got at in reverse highlight leave New Zealand 70 for 6. Sarkar then dominated, thumping Josh Clarkson and Adam Milne over and getting Adithya Ashok to scratch off. Mustafizur Rahman got the last wicket to finish the defeat. Bangladesh's openers began watchfully until Sarkar needed to resign hurt after something went into his right eye. He took a stab at applying water and, surprisingly, an eye drop, yet couldn't continue. Anamul Haque hit Jacob Duffy for two limits in the following over as Bangladesh changed gears. Clarkson and Will O'Rourke surrendered three limits each in the tenth and eleventh overs as Anamul and Najmul Hossain Shanto dashed towards the miserable objective. O'Rourke had Anamul edging behind for a 33-ball 37, yet it was close to nothing and excessively late as Shanto fixed the success two overs later, raising a 42-ball 50 years all the while.
