Sri Lanka appoint Anton Roux as national fielding coach

Sri Lanka have named Anton Roux as the public handling mentor, powerful from March 7, 2022. Roux, who played five star cricket for South Africa and proceeded to mentor the Netherlands men's group, will be accountable for handling across every public group and the High Performance Center. He was recently utilized as the associate handling mentor of Nottinghamshire district. As a component of further rebuilding of the HPC, the Executive Committee additionally made arrangements to the 'A', U19 and Emerging groups. Arrangements for the 'A' group included Avishka Gunawardene (lead trainer) and Upul Chandana (handling mentor) among others. Jehan Mubarak was designated as the lead trainer of the U19 team and Ruwan Kalpage in comparable limit with respect to the Emerging group. Aside from Roux's arrangement, any remaining arrangements became effective from March 1, 2022.
