BCCI committee recommends hosting WI ODIs, T20Is in Ahmedabad, Kolkata

The Board of Control for Cricket in India's Tours and Fixtures Committee has suggested that the three-match One-Day International series and the three-match T20I series among India and West Indies be played in Ahmedabad and Kolkata. The installations are yet to be finished. The six games, booked to be played from February 6 to 20, were planned to be spread across six settings - Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Cuttack, Visakhapatnam and Thiruvananthapuram. However, given the functional limitations emerging out of the rising instances of COVID-19, the BCCI have been prescribed to diminish the number of settings for the series. As announced before by Cricket, West Indies Cricket doesn't generally dislike the adjustment of settings. The proposal by the panel was passed to the workplace carriers on Wednesday evening.
